Ajile 0.9.9.2 Released!

This release includes the following changes:

Improved: IE support via refactored Ajile.Unload().
Improved: Fixed logging typo caused by Ajile 0.9.9's refactoring.
Improved: Safari support via Namespace in SyntaxHighlighter.
